Natwest is a good bank. I have been with Natwest for 15 years and do not envisage a need to move away from it. Excellent internet banking facility. Wouldn't change to another bank because of this. However interest rates on E-Savings is poor. I also get fed up with the constant selling of products by all staff members everytime you go in to the bank. To be fair, I think this is the way retail banking is going in general and that all banks are guilty of it!
