General Comments

Hastings Direct cancelled my policy due to a technical mistake on their behalf - apparently the system missed out my age and therefore - 10months later they are cancelling my policy - as the other review says, its happened to 1000's of their customers. I am taking them to county court for the cost of my new policy and the expense of loosing out on my 1st 1 year NCB!
