This was my third stay at the Sun Beach Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is second to none and due to the security there is NO hassle at all, just sun, sand and sea. You can order your drinks from your sun bed and they are delivered to you, also fruit salad etc.
Bad Points
People have a tendency to hog the sun beds early which I find greedy and unnecessary but this probably happens everywhere. In previous years there has always been traditional Gambian dishes on the menu which were excellent - they have been removed for some reason - probably through lack of orders but a great shame.
General Comments
From experience I would charge everything to the room. This makes sure you are paying consistently the same price! Everything is cheap by UK standards.
