I have been looking to buy a second house that I could rent out. As I am looking to spend as little as possible I went down the auction route. Countrywide Property Auctions was the first place I looked at as they have regular auctions and cover the whole of England meaning I could go for price rather than location. The site looks very good and it appears you can get a lot of information from it, however when you do a property search it brings up no results. Maybe they just have not updated their website to show all the new listings but you would of thought they would have a few. Nevertheless I was able to order a catalogue which came quite promptly and they have an auction at the end of next month in Birmingham that I will attend.
