Good Points

Great computer, cheap for what spec you get


Bad Points

Arrived faulty, been faulty ever since. Got back from being repaired still broken. Impossible to get a replacement computer even if it doesn't work. They just sent it back to me broke. Poor warranty support. Screen switches off on its own. Computer switches off at its own accord. USB ports don't work


General Comments

Really disappointed, paid a lot of money and I have an Acer computer that doesn't work and a 3 year warranty that does not fix my computer. Going through trading standards at the moment.
