I never received the book, and they never responded to my e-mail inquiring about its whereabouts


General Comments

I ordered a textbook for my daughter from eCampus on September 9th, and paid extra for a 2 day rush delivery. She hadn't received it by the middle of September, so I sent them an e-mail asking them to contact me right away. They never did. There is no phone number to call. It is now September 26th and the book still hasn't arrived. Now the need for the book is critical. I cancelled the order (same e-mail process) and ordered overnight via Amazon. It's more expensive, but what good is a "deal" that never materializes?
