Great staff.

No bad points for us.
General Comments
We were going to come back to Puerto de la Cruz this year, but have not been able to find any travel agents who has these apartments on their books. My parents were out in August and they went to find out for us, but unfortunately things have changed and we have decided not to go next year. Will look it up when we arrive in November! 4 times we have been here now, we even spent our honeymoon there and it was the first place we took our son when he was born all the staff made a fuss about him and they were all very helpful.
