The Xbox 360 is a good next gen piece of equipment but...
Well theres a fair bit here:
1. XBL - why should we be charged to play online, when we pay for our own net and £50 for a game, so they demand a further £40 a year to play other people.
2. Malfunctions - I at the moment is not getting any help from Microsoft cause I have a first model I was told I had to pay a further £80 for another years warranty, my system worked fine before i inserted my ethernet cable in the back, an update and bang my computer stopped playing games "Open Tray".
3. QOS - Quality of Service online is the worst I have experienced anywhere I was told by them that the reason I get this is I messed up myself trying to modify it, I haven't modified my 360 in anyway at all, I was told cause I had a crack on my case, that when I pay £80 for new warranty if they think that my 360 looks (not checking firmware) just looks like modified ie case cracked then they may return unfixed and not refund the £80.
4. Discs are easily cracked if you have a early Core System with a Toshiba Samsung Drive then, don't buy it, its guaranteed to break on you in a matter of weeks.
I now have to buy a new drive and get it fixed by a private technician as Microsoft are not giving me a word of hope, I was told £300 is nothing as they have millions of other people willing to buy there console out there. I was also told because I need a new drive I may be banned from XBL £40 a year as it is shown as modified, so what they are saying is for £300 we wont fix your machine if you fix it we will ban you or brick it, so i paid £300 for a brick, no thanks, and they wonder why people hate Microsoft.
