Bad Points

Nightmare to deal with. Customer care is non-existent.


General Comments

I discovered via the web that Modern Classics Direct and Italian Classics Direct are both part of JMC furniture. Although I eventually received my table after 3 months of waiting, having initially been told it would be two weeks as it was in stock. I found them to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and they did not return calls or emails. When the table did arrive the delivery was a shambles. One driver with a huge and extremely heavy marble table, needing assistance, and only delivering to the roadside!!
