Quick, friendly, helpful.
Rates are quite high.
When I was messed about by provident I applied for a loan with universal cash loans, I must admit the rate is quite high the interest on the £500 I wanted was £220 but as I was told by provident and universal this is because it's collected weekly by an agent. I phoned up on a Thursday morning and completed an application over the phone, they told me an agent would call to confirm my details they told me his name and a day and time he would call. He came round the next day checked my details and told me the office would process it as soon as possible I phoned Saturday and was told I had been accepted and he would bring my loan on Monday and he would be my caller each week to collect my payments the £500 loan costing me £15 a week.
The only downside was because of the weekend it took 5 days to get my loan.
