Bad Points

No one could explain the interest rate, the agent rushed through the application form and just wanted me to signed. The call centre seemed sympathetic and understanding when I complained and assured me a manager for my area would get back but I never heard anything.
In the end I found another whose rates were cheaper and offered the same service.


General Comments

I wouldn't recommend anyone to have a provident loan and if you look around and like me wanted someone to collect my payments each week there are cheaper companies out their. I now have a loans company called universal cash loans and would recommend them see my review.
