The website is easy to use.
The delivery company.
Lack of quality control on flowers.
Slow response from customer service when emailing/telephoning about order.
Slow to refund money to credit card.
I ordered items, and the delivery company used by John Lewis are dreadful. Persistently said they tried to deliver the parcel over 2 weeks. Eventually, I cancelled the order and will order from a company with a more reliable delivery company. Items ordered were for christening presents, and as they hadn't arrived I had to turn up without any gifts.
On another occasion I had ordered flowers to be sent for a present. The flowers arrived as a gift, but they were not good quality! I complained to John Lewis and received a full refund, but it was embarrassing for the person to have received just a terrible present and then to have to tell me.
So I won't be using Johnlewis.com again.
