General Comments

I ordered £2500 worth of kitchen appliances in May as i was informed that goods would be delivered in a maximum of two weeks time. I needed the appliances for 3 weeks after date of order as fitters were booked in to fit a new kitchen. The goods had not been delivered when the kitchen fitters arrived they therefore had to abandon my kitchen. I had still not received the goods at the end of June and Top Appliance finally admitted that they did not know when i would receive my goods, i therefore cancelled the order and asked for a refund as i had been without a kitchen for long enough. I was informed the refund could take up to 28 days, but it is now September and despite several phone calls/emails/letters I have still not been refunded! Luckily i paid on my credit card and am now trying to get a refund through my bank. Please do not order from this company ( also trading as E-appliances).
