The staff were very laid back and friendly and I went in after a long, tiring and unsuccessfully day, and a VERY disappointing appointment in Pronuptia. I had seen THE dress in the shop window, and after trying another one first of all that the lady had recommended, I ended up falling in love with the one I'd originally seen in the window, AND it was in the sale at £350 - half the original price! The staff made me feel so special, gorgeous and slim, and yet put no pressure on me to buy there and then. After a days consideration I rang up and went in that afternoon to pay for the dress. I don't get married until July 2008, but I'm now so excited after having found the dress of my dreams at The Bridal House in Leeds.
Bad Points
The decor inside is a little naff, but with the service offered and the friendly staff, who cares?
General Comments
The staff at The Bridal House in Leeds were fabulous and friendly. I will be raving about them to all my friends!
