Good Points
Makes rolls & bagels.

Bad Points
This is my second breadmaker, but I find it useless. When it's baking the paddle still turns, so it ends up with a large hole in the bottom of the loaf. This means about 4 usable slices only. I rang RH and they said this was the correct operation. My first machine which lasted 10 years never did this. It's such an annoying fault I'm sure that it's not supposed to. I get round the problem by lifting the dough before the final rise and removing the paddle, but this means I have to stand over it, I may as well make it by hand!

General Comments
This would be a very good machine, it makes a nice large loaf and also the rolls & bagel feature is useful, but it has this 1 major fault. See 'bad' points.
