Good Points

I have had this hoover for over 5 years and it still picks up brilliantly. It's easy to use and makes hoovering under tables, beds etc a breeze.

I took out the extended guarantee for an extra five years. On the three occasion I have used the repair service I have been really impressed.


Bad Points

The power cord doesn't always retract very well. I have had Dyson out 3 times to fit a new cable rewind unit.


General Comments

I would never buy any other Hoover, I thing Dyson are brilliant.
