Good entertainment system and pilots are more chatty than most. They let you know what was going on.
Food was awful. In flight crews really variable. A broken head rest from Singapore to London was looked at but nothing done. I wasn't even offered another seat. Really dangerous in my opinion considering the turbulence we experienced during flight
Was really lookig forward to Qantas Airways flight but the 747 felt in need of some TLC. I found the inflight crew unpleasant at times. Depended on what seat you were in. The back rows received services last on all occassions. The food was appalling, Really bland and badly served. As previous comment, it is 'chucked' at you. The one plus was the on demand system. Easy to use, good films and range of entertainment.
