Good Points

Fantastic to use as a base. Ok, it was a bit dated but was cheap enough. All rooms clean and tidy, staff helpful. Pool lovely but so cold it was like jumping into the north sea (was salty too).


Bad Points

Only on e- the fridge needed defrosting when we got there, because someone had had fish in the ice box which made the whole fridge and everything in it smell!
Defrosted it ourselves and it was fine.


General Comments

Had a great holiday at Club Praia Da Rocha Aparthotels. Pool area was lovely. We were concerned when I read previous reviews which is why I wrote this one. Sure, you had to pay a euro a day for - kettle, toaster, fan,remote control for tv, sunlounger and parasol but we only used the sun loungers every other day so if was included in the price we would have been paying for stuff we weren't using. We boiled the water in a pan n didn't need the other stuff. Would definitely go again. The resort itself was fantastic - more pubs clubs n restaurants than we could visit. SUPERB!
