Good Points
Looks fairly smart and will do 4 decent slices

Bad Points
Uneven toasting - worse one side than the other. Does not last long due to inferior connections. Cannot be dismantled in order to clean properly.

General Comments
My mrs bought this 2 years ago as we needed a 4 slice toaster. Quite expensive too even though it is impossible to dismantle and clean properly. It has now given up the ghost due to inferior connections to the heating elements.
