Good Points

The only good point is the interest rates.


Bad Points

The phone account is hopeless you can never get through and the fact that is a 0854 no makes it very expensive, no point having an account then all the interest is to pay for the phone call!! I'm getting out.


General Comments

I've found that Birmingham Midshires phone banking is not for me as I like to have my money in writing and B.M. don't give this freely, internet banking is best as you don't have to keep trying to get through on the phone, which is costing you time and money.
