Very friendly staff, good food.
Bad Points
Bathroom, path to beach.
General Comments
We have stayed at the Alfagar Apartment Complex several times within the past 2/3 years. The pool area's were first class, staff very friendly and food good.
Bathroom in our apt. had no ventilation. What they had was a small drain top stuck to the side of the bath!
Not very child friendly i.e. pathway to beach had a sheer drop of 70/80 ft. No safety rails of any sort. People with small children must have had a nightmare every time they used this pathway or seen their children near it. Not to mention older people using same and slipping/tripping.
But at a brilliant location, very central.
Tip: Do not use complex reception to make a phone call back home. We did and it cost us over €30. The following night we made a similar call back home using the local phone centre on the strip. Cost less than €3.
Regardless of the negative I mentioned, we enjoyed our stay at the Alfagar and intend to return shortly.
