General Comments

Cleanliness and staff at Little Chef were appalling - The ladies toilets were flooded and disgustingly dirty with no toilet paper. When this was pointed out to a female member of staff she was not interested and walked away. We had visitors from Canada with us so this was most embarrassing and unacceptable.
