Good when the free router works.
Very poor start with the service. Customer support (word would be banned) Could not get connections and was told to disable my virus checker. Result corruption to extent had to buy new hard drive.
Supervisor was the only employee i spoke to that knew what he was talking about.
Left Demon to save £6 per month I must have been puddled.
I can bet the all along the router has been the fault.
And you can bet I will have to pay for another one and the postage.
Used the internet when my modem cost me £600.00 well over ten years now with dos 3/1.
Feel loath to ring customer support as what else will they tell me.
