Need to sort their customer service/delivery methods out.


General Comments

I put an order in for a pair of womens size 6 boots and received my delivery on friday, only to open the box and discover that I'd been sent a pair of mens size 7 shoes! I phoned customer services that same day and was told that they were very sorry - the wrong order had been sent out but the correct order would be sent out on monday, and the other shoes would be collected. Monday came, I waited in all day, still no boots. I called customer service to be told that they were sorry, they didn't know what had gone wrong but promised that they would be delivered on Wednesday before 12 noon. It's now 4.40 pm on wednesday and yet again I still haven't received them. Customer service are once again sorry and assure me they will be here at some point. Well Next, I'm sorry but I no longer want the boots from you. Would not recommend at all.
