General Comments

My daughters party is supposed to be held this coming Saturday (22nd September). Today is Wednesday and I have received an automated email from APLUS Entertainment stating that if they do not receive payment they will cancel the booking. I actually made payment in full on the date I booked it (£290.00)! I have emailed them 4 times already telling them that I have made payment and called their 0870 number every day and have been on hold for at least 40 minutes every time. Unfortunately I did not see this review page before now. Whether they turn up on the day who knows but I would not recommend using this company.

    I have never seen a more upsetting group of reviews about one Company. It makes my blood boil that they get away with it. Hopefully everything will go well with your party.

    Well surprise surprise, APLUS Entertainment failed to show up at my daughters birthday party, they are £290.00 richer and I have had no contact from them since I booked the party and paid in full. Luckily I managed to get a clown 3 days before the party.
