Good Points
colour screen, excel, word , internet ready etc.

Bad Points
too heavy and big, difficult to find accessories, the price is a littel too high for what we get.

General Comments
well to get the phone with colour screen , office tool and ability to surf the web in your hand is hard to find, nokia have done a good job on this phone but still not good enough.
