Went with TCD to Florida in May '07.
Panicked as tickets only arrived 3 days prior to departure. Plane was delayed on tarmac for an hour - although the plane had been at airport for several hours, by the time we boarded, the luggage still had not been loaded! The plane was unmarked, and once inside - old and grubby. The food service was extremely slow and we were given very little food! We sat near the front of the plane so could see what 1st Class were being served - I didn't expect the same quality food but certainly expected the same amount - our 2nd (meal) was a scone and coffee!! The free drinks service was appalling. My husband asked for a glass of water and was sent back to his seat with a flea in his ear. The stewards we dealt with were very abrupt!
We were delayed coming back also - this time, unexplained!
Basically - you get what you pay for!
