I am new to broadband but after reading lots of reviews across various internet sites I decided on Madasdafish. Before I signed up I e-mailed them lots of questions and they replied quickly to them all. From the moment I signed up everything has run very smoothly and I have been kept up to date with progress. My Broadband went live a day before they promised and I was up and running within minutes. The wireless router was easy to install even for this novice and although the USB Direct Link wireless dongle too a bit longer it is now working fine. I have e-mailed the support team with a few questions and they have been quick and useful in their responses. So far I cannot fault Madasafish, I guess time will be the judge but after three days I am highly delighted with everything. I have also swapped my phone line too.
The instructions for the USB DLink wireless dongle were confusing so we just inserted the CD into both computers put the dongle into a USB port on the receiving computer and away we went.
Overall I am highly satisfied with Madasafish but time will tell if this continues. From all the tales my friends have told me about other Broadband suppliers I think I have had an easy and successful start up.
