Good Points

I wish there was any....


Bad Points

They lead you into thinking a property is available, take your money and then tell you it's not available until a much later date.


General Comments

It was in 2004 when I went to Haart estate agents in Hemel Hempstead.
We viewed a property for rent through them which stated it is available in the middle of the month and when we paid a deposit was told it won't be available until a few weeks later and we already made plans to move. They refused to give my money back to look elsewhere.
