Easy to use - can't forget to take it (replace every 72 hours)
Bad Points
I wear mine behind my ear scuba diving and my mask has knocked it off before. Not a product fault though.
General Comments
Sea sickness used to ruin my scuba diving but now I have no problems. It really does work. Not the cheapest but the only thing that I have found that does the job.
