I have used Internet Banking since it's inception and never once have I had a problem. It is easy to use, and easy to transfer money between accounts. The Flex account it is tied to pay interest, the card is free to use home and abroad. I am amazed anybody uses any other Bank, I am even more amazed people could write in with adverse comments when it is their own computer setup which is the problem.
