Choice of cars
Could be more open and clear about excess waiver insurance
We had our car with holiday autos via MOTIVANO web site. When we went to collect the car we had choice of 207 or Clio. Both cars like new and around 6 months old. Like other people say holiday autos are only broker. We collected our car from eurpecar. The staff were very pleasant and helpful we were offered the excess waiver insurance and offer of returning car with empty tank. We declined both as we already had the insurance. Yes, if you do make a claim you will have to pay the excess amount and than reclaim from holiday autos. Something we have not used so can't comment on this. But we had done lots of searches on internet and found holiday auto price very reasonable.
Beware of taking car, make sure you note any damage on paperwork you sign, better still take photos if you have digital camera. You never know they might come handy!!
We're likely to use them again.
