Good Points

The only good point I can think of with this credit card is that its easy to manage online - but even that has recently become less so as they've updated their online look to be more 'sleek' and it has actually just made it more difficult to tell how your purchases and prices have added up.


Bad Points

This is not a good credit card.


General Comments

The customer service with HSBC is basically non existant. Never have I been treated like such a number and so little like a customer. After banking and having a credit card with HSBC since 2005 - and never once being late on a payment - always making more than the payment, and even with a savings in their bank - when going to Australia last year I asked for a credit increase of £500 to cover any emergency expenses and was not given it. The interest is very high, and they seem to adjust the price and service charges on a regular basis. Avoid this credit card if possible.
