Always on service, no problems with connection or set-up. Easy to set up on new computers. Free wireless modem when paying for the good service.
More expensive than other providers, very few offers.
No problems with the Broadband service from BT at all, they have just offered me a new deal for the next 12 months, saving £3 per month. It does seem to be more expensive than other providers, but sometimes you get what you pay for!
