Good Points

Worked OK to start with.


Bad Points

Nearly 18 months old had 3 problems with it, spoke to Samsung and dismissed very quickly.
Just found out today it needs a new screen costing £675 to I told the shop to keep it and I intend to buy another but it will not be a Samsung.


General Comments

Customer service... forget it! It is non existent.
