Good Points

The pool was lovely (and cleaned everyday). Found that the maid service was very good. The bar staff were really friendly and the woman in charge of the children's entertainment in the morning and the entertainment in the evening was great, really friendly and spoke fluently in Spanish, English and German. Close to the Faro 2 shopping centre where there is a fantastic Steak House!!


Bad Points

For people on Self Catering it was very disappointing as the kitchen facilities were poor with only two electric hobs and a toaster. The addition of a microwave combi oven would have been great! The television channel selection was useless unless you paid extra (only English speaking channel was CNN). The supermarket staff did not want to serve you and the receptionist staff vary from very helpful to not caring at all.


General Comments

I would consider going to the Green Golf Apartments again, but the lack of self catering facilities would put me off. Also the quality of the food provided at the bar wasn't particularly good but the service was fantastic, so friendly.

Also the bungalow was supposed to have room for a cot, but unless you were to put the cot on the balcony, there wasn't really space (we didn't need to but it would have been a nightmare if we had arrived there with a baby and found that there was no where to put a cot despite it being sold as 'with cot space'.

The rep was OK but didn't appreciate being hassled about any problems. I guess the reps change from time to time though so your rep may be completely different.
