Good Points

Swimming pools were kept very clean and the owners tried to rectify faults.


Bad Points

Cleaners were a bit erratic, sometimes coming daily, sometimes only every other day and they didn't do a very good job.


General Comments

Filoxenia Apartments are in my opinion not a 4* IMO, I think a 2* at best. On arrival we had a note taped to the reception door telling us the room no. and no one to greet us. Dirty floors, plumbing on its way out and doors that don't lock were only some of the problems. We did eventually get moved to a much better room, but only after a week.
