A range of basic recipes, using the minimum of ingredients that always turn out well. For my machine (a Panasonic), I have to reduce the liquid quantities by 10ml, but the speed with which the bread or rolls disappear is a testament to the quality of the recipes. I don't bother using any other recipe book for basic breads now.

I would have liked more specialist recipes - but perhaps I'm being greedy.

An excellent choice for anyone who has just acquired a bread maker, or is dissatisfied with the results.
