Superfast delivery, terms and conditions easy to understand if you read them carefully. Have always received my cash back. Excellent The web ordering service is great.
Bad Points
They have got themselves slightly in a muddle when i tried to order stuff over the phone from them but nothing really bad. Their web ordering service is perfect. Try to avoid using their phone sales service, not brilliant.
General Comments
A great outfit as long as you insure everything you send to them. Make sure all cashbacks are sent recorded delivery with 'consequential loss'. This is an interesting service offered by Royal Mail where if it is not signed for by phoneboxdirect, the post off will cough up. INfact by doing this you are forcing phoneboxdirect's hand on paying out. It is possible that if you don't do this they may deny receiving your claim but I have never had a problem. Good luck to them I say.
