Bad Points

Ill prepared, arrived without additional staff required and without essential elements of the BBQ meal.
Very poor presentation of food. Questionable food handling techniques.
Blatantly did not provide the service or foods described in initial meeting.


General Comments

Chef & Griddle spoiled my wedding day no end. Guests went hungry or had to queue to be presented only with one piece of meat. My own family had to leave the celebrations to go to Tesco to make up the things the caterer did not bring! Family had to help prepare food as he was not going to bother!
We felt conned by the chef's grand show at the initial meeting where a feast was promised exactly how we wanted it. On the day we were presented with poor hygiene, pathetic attempts at salads (bags from the supermarket) and 'vegetarian' food cooked on top of the burgers! On top of this, our 'wonderful display' of puddings were either not there at all or still in their boxes!
I strongly feel the need to try and stop this happening to other couples on their special day.
