Good Points
Tangy taste and good texture.

Bad Points
Price - but that's Switzerland.

General Comments
I live in Switzerland - yes, THE cheese place - but I still can't find a good equivalent to cheddar. The big supermarket chain, Migros, has carried Cathedral City Cheddar for a few years now and it's better than any other cheddar available from other chains. I buy tons of the stuff to go with my (home made) pickled onions!
