We have banked with Barclays Business for 3 years. Day to Day service is good. If you contact them they respond very quickly and efficiently. I use the Clearly Book-keeping Service, and find it very good.
Bad Points
Not once in 3 years has the Relationship Manger contacted us to ask how things are going despite the fact that we have a £18000 overdraft.
General Comments
If we move to another bank it will be because I would appreciate a call or visit from our Relationship Manager. They can be easily contacted, and jump into action if you contact them. Service is good and helpful. But I repeat I would like THEM to contact ME from once or twice a year (after all I am their client).
