Flexible delivery and drop off locations. Car in very good condition overall. Quote included very comprehensive insurance and there were no hidden extras. After my initial email enquiry they took the trouble to ring me in the UK to clarify several points that I had raised.
Naff radio - but not surprising as car was a soft top with little or no security.
Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elephant Car Rental. I'd definitely use them again. We hired a soft top car so air conditioning was not essential - although I would suggest a hard top with a/c if you don't like getting everyone and everything covered in dust.
