Bad Points

Poorest customer serviced I have ever encountered. Sales and staff people yelled at me for trying to cancel an order. High pressure sales, only let you talk with one person, cannot cancel orders as web site posts.


General Comments

I recommend staying away from bestpricecameras.com. They post "great deals" then try to sell upgrades because the lenses are plastic. You end up spending twice as much as the advertised package price and there is never a listing of what you ordered.
