Good Points

Good points - great looking, gets clothes really clean - resurected a load of white school shirts.


Bad Points

Bad Points - keeps breaking down. Design fault with the control panel.


General Comments

As a mum with four children and a husband at home, I rely on my washing machine "doing the job". I have practically had my whole machine rebuilt. If you are considering buying this - make sure you take out the extended warranty as call outs are £85 a time. The control panel is not sealed - given that most people have their machine next to the sink, this is a major problem. I am now on to my fifth control panel. I have also had problems with packing screws not being removed at delivery, motors (both of them) have gone and been replaced. My current problem is the belt - more call outs. Not so much a problem if you have someone at home and if they could give you a service appointment sooner than eight days away!
