Bad Points

Will not honour a refund of unused portion of membership when cancellation is requested.
When you get near the end of your subscription and your credit card cannot be charged to continue membership, they stop sending DVD's.


General Comments

When I joined there was a statement in their policy that they would refund back to you the unused portion of the membership for early termination, but you would be billed for $24.95 per month for the months used. After 3 months of horrible service, I tried to terminate my service and after two months of emails, they said they would not give back any refund. After being passed about for a month I decided finish out my membership. I now have one month left on my membership and last month they stopped sending me DVD's. They say that they are processing my shipment but nothing has come yet.
