Good Points

24 hour service, knowledgeable staff, good claims limit, came when promised, easy to understand paperwork, easy payment terms, signup online

General Comments

I would recommend HomeCall+ Home Emergency Insurance for the type of cover for any landlord or letting agent as it saves an awful lot of fuss trying to find a tradesman in the middle of the night.
