Good Points

You get a 1000 club card points, which I signed up for.


Bad Points

Poor customer service, they blamed me for not having enough dvd's on my list for any to be sent out, which is untrue I had there required amount, then told me they will delay my dvd's because of it, and said because I don't have as many dvd's as other people on my list there will be delays, when asked for the complaints department I still have had no reply about contacting them.


General Comments

Tesco DVD Rental is very poor and I would not recommend, poor customer service, basically if you don't have 50 dvd's on your list you are shoved to the bottom of the delay pile, they don't care for the customer, and they don't have a complaints department.
"every little helps" I don't think so
