Call answered immediately, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, all paper work arrived in days as well as an e-mail after just a few minutes

General Comments
I was impressed with Dialaflight right from the beginning. My call was answered after the second ring, the person I spoke to was extremely polite and knowledgeable and I they really did go out of their way to help put together all areas of my holiday, I needed tours, hotels and cars all over the place and they did it without any problems at all. They were cheaper than anyone else but to be honest even if they had have been a bit more expensive I think i would have booked with them purely because they gave me the confidence they really did know what they were talking about and I was left with no doubts what so ever that I had got exactly what I wanted. After I had booked I was given the direct number to the person who dealt with me and each time i have phoned i got through straight away and had all my questions answered, none of this 'you are in a queue your call is important to us' well to dialaflight it obviously is as they actually answer the phone not a machine! I will be booking with them again in the future and am constantly recommending them to everyone I know.
