Good Points

It is a very good book for beginners of ages around 10 and up. It has all the basics (as far as I know) for at least starting to draw Anime or Manga. Gives plenty of easy to follow steps for each part of the drawing stages.

General Comments

I have read other peoples comments saying that How to Draw Manga: A Step-by-Step Guide is rubbish. I disagree. Although it might not be the best out there for advanced drawing but it gives all the basics for someone willing to learn how. I have shown and recommended this book to my friends and they all enjoyed learning from it. I do suggest buying this book if you are interested in learning basics but don't expect much more that just that.
